During all steps of this production and delivery process we will send you regular updates by email. You will also be able to see the status of your order by logging into your account and checking your dashboard. Production & Dispatch

From the moment your order has been confirmed by INBALI and our countdown has finished, your order will move into production. It takes us up to 8-9 weeks to complete a hand-made order from our providers. Once your order is made, checked and ready to be sent, it takes up to 3 weeks to deliver the products to your door. Due to the custom nature of our manufacturing process, all completion and delivery dates are estimates only.


We are shipping our Furniture items currently to SINGAPORE ONLY but we can organise WORLDWIDE shipment for larger orders or private projects. Please contact us at address to place a worldwide order.

We ship our homeware accessories WORLDWIDE.

The shipping fee we charge are calculated on a per order value basis as follows:

Arranging Door-step Delivery (Singapore Only)

We ship our orders with the help of our carefully selected international and local delivery partners, providing secure sea-freight from Indonesia all the way to a personal drop-off at your door-step.

Once our shipment reaches its destination, it will be transferred into the hands of our local delivery partner. To ensure successful delivery at suitable time for you, our Delivery Partners will contact you by telephone or email using the contact details you provided to arrange the date and time of delivery:

  1. You will receive a first call from our Delivery Partners to re-confirm your address 1 week before the delivery of your order.
  2. You will receive a second call from our Delivery Partners to agree a mutually convenient date and time to visit your chosen delivery location 4 days before delivery of your order, allowing time for you make any arrangements necessary to successfully receive the delivery (e.g. Condo permits for arrival and drop-off).
  3. Our Standard Delivery timing is Monday to Friday, between 9.00am-5.00pm. For your added convenience, we can also offer weekend delivery on Saturdays between 9.00am-12.00pm.
  4. You can reach out to our Delivery Partners the day of delivery with the number they will have provided to you if any questions.
  5. Please ensure that there is someone to receive the delivery on the pre-agreed date and time, and that the delivery path and premise are free of obstacles, including any existing furniture items.

    Please note that the unpacking of your items, assembly and packaging removal are not included in our delivery charge. The majority of our products do not require assembly, although if you would like to arrange any of these services please contact us and we can arrange at a small additional cost.

    If you are unable to receive your order during our first delivery attempt, our appointed courier will let you know the delivery failed, and you may reschedule a date and time which is convenient for you. Should the first scheduled delivery attempt fail, the second scheduled delivery attempt will be chargeable to you based on our standard rates.

    In the event that your order cannot be delivered due to you not being contactable to schedule a delivery, your order will be held for a maximum of 30 Days from the date of first attempted failed delivery. If there is no response within this month, your order will be cancelled without refund.

    Updating your Delivery Address

    The address you gave us at the time of order will be available for you to check in your dashboard. Please confirm this address and make sure it is correct and complete. If you notice any issues with your address then contact us at address. You can do this at any time up until 24 hours before we dispatch your item(s) for delivery. If your items have already been dispatched, changing your delivery address isn't usually possible, and you may be charged for arranging redelivery.

    Storage of Orders

    Should there be a case where your order is unable to be delivered within 7 days of reaching our warehouse, INBALI is able to arrange the storage of your order for a maximum of 30 Days from the earliest available delivery date, for a small weekly cost.     Assembly Service

    Some of our larger furniture items are transported disassembled for easier delivery, and may require a small amount of assembly before being ready for use. If you would like your item assembled at the time of delivery by our skilled drivers, then you can add our assembly service to your order by ticking the box at the checkout stage, or notify us directly if you are customising your furniture with us. This service costs SGD$50. The additional charge is required to be paid before the due delivery date. Alternatively, instructions and all required assembly components will be provided with the item.
